Account deletion

Delete your Debt Boss account.

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from inside the game or by email.

In the game (fastest)

  1. Open Debt Boss and sign in.
  2. Open the ACCOUNT window.
  3. Choose DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm.

It happens right away.

By email

Email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and email address
  • Your cloud save: debts, payments, Treasury, Valor and rewards
  • The game on the device you deleted from

What may remain

  • Copies of the game on other devices where you played, until you erase them there (OPTIONS → ERASE SAVE)
  • Usage stats, which use a random device ID that isn't linked to your account, kept up to two years
  • Sign-in security records our sign-in provider keeps for a limited time
